Our team is made of seasoned, certified Salesforce.com experts with the right balance of consultative and technical skills. We don’t hire rookies and train them on your dime. Dan Kanka | Founding Partner

Dan manages all components of the Company’s accounting, finance, operations and administrative functions. Prior to founding roundCorner, Dan was most recently the COO of OKERE, Inc where he successfully managed the Company’s profitable growth and international expansion in three countries. He oversaw the completion of a growth stage investment as well as the sale of the Company to Fujitsu America and subsequent integration. Prior to OKERE, Dan worked in Inforte’s strategy practice managing client engagement focused on operating, sales and competitive strategy. Dan started his career at Price Waterhouse in its assurance and consulting practices. Dan obtained his BS in Accountancy from Villanova University and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dan resides in northern California with his wife KC and spends his free time biking and snowboarding.

Dan Lammot | Founding Partner

Dan is responsible for roundCorner’s strategic direction and leads the Company’s professional services and product development efforts. Prior to founding roundCorner, Dan co-founded OKERE, INC where he was personally responsible for the delivery of 40,000+ Salesforce.com licenses in over 65 countries. Following the sale of OKERE, Dan managed Fujitsu’s SaaS customer service and support organization, which ensured the success of over 400,000 Salesforce.com users. Dan obtained his BA in Psychology with honors from Villanova University, where he currently serves as an advisory board member for Villanova School of Business’ Center for Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship. Dan has also completed studies at MIT Sloan, the Anderson School of Business at UCLA, and ESAN in Lima, Peru. He has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, Central America and North America.

Dan resides with his family between Main Line Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico, and is an avid Surfer.

Nick Ward | Founding Partner

Nick is responsible for leading roundCorner’s market development activities. Nick helped to pioneer the use of SaaS in large, complex enterprise implementations at OKERE, Inc. a company he co-founded in 2003 that became Salesforce.com’s premier financial services consulting partner and was later sold to Fujitsu America. Prior to OKERE, Nick was General Manager, Financial Services for Siebel Systems (now Oracle), a leading CRM provider he joined through selling his company, MOHR Development to Siebel in 2000. As President, CEO and co-founder of MOHR, Nick grew the company in 15 years to be one of the nation’s most respected consulting and training firms focusing on the high technology and financial services markets. Nick has an MA from Brown University where he was a Doctoral Fellow in American Civilization and an AB from Williams College where he was a Herbert Lehman scholar.

An avid road/mountain bicycler and skier/snowboard, Nick lives in Vermont with his family where he and his wife have served on the boards of a number of state and national nonprofit organizations.

Taksina Eammano | Vice President of Product Management

Taksina is responsible for the overall direction and product development for the Public Media and Nonprofit market. Prior to roundCorner, Taksina established Skyla Digital, a cloud solution provider offering consulting and digital media services in Europe. Together with her roles at OKERE and the Fujitsu SaaS practice, she has been involved in delivering CRM solutions to global enterprises in the financial services, retail and nonprofit sector. Her experience has also aided these organizations through the lifecycle of customer engagement, market development and best practice transitions to cloud technologies. Taksina holds a BSc (Business Information Technology) as a Co-op Scholar from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Taksina moved with her husband Dexter from London to New York City. They both are gadget geeks who love to travel the globe.

Will Stansbury | Vice President of Technology

In this role, Will will oversee software development and solution implementation of the roundCause nonprofit CRM solution. He has over 25 years experience in technology in the not for profit arena focused on enterprise database development and management. Previously Will was Vice President of Technology Solutions Group for Merkle for the nonprofit business unit. Prior to that he was Vice President of Technology for Target Software where he was responsible for technical support, database administration and hosting, product development and business intelligence supporting the company’s technical solutions. Will was co-founder of Target Software which was acquired by Blackbaud in January of 2007. He was also an instructor in the Executive Information Technology Management program in the Continuing Education department of Columbia University.

William holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is active volunteer in the community. He is a current board member for ArtsBoston and a past member of WGBH’s community advisory board and The City School board of directors. He was long time reader/mentor in the Everybody Wins! Power Lunch program and a former mentor of Year Up. He lives with his family in Arlington, MA and is an avid sports fan.

Tim McCleary | Director of Managed Services

Tim leads roundCorner’s public media team. Tim’s team is responsible for the implementation of roundCause, its continuing application support and provides operational support through Premier Customer success plans (ie. Managed Services). His experience includes 5+ years working in the non-profit and public media markets and over 25 years of technology consulting in systems integration, application development, and tech & business process outsourcing. Tim was a pioneer at Perot Systems and was a key contributor to their growth from a start-up organization.

As a curling fanatic Tim currently serves on the Board of Directors at Broomstones Curling Club and is active in service and disaster relief work. Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College and was a member of the ODK Society for leadership and academic excellence. He currently resides with his family in Massachusetts.

Ian Zepp | Director of Engineering

Ian is the senior technical expert for the Salesforce.com platform and is head of the engineering team at roundCorner. He has nearly 20 years in IT and software development, and 10 years of direct experience creating applications on Salesforce.com. Ian has also directly implemented much of the foundational roundCause packages, including Giving, Bios, and Payments.

Prior to joining roundCorner in 2011, Ian was the founder of a boutique Salesforce.com development shop and consulting partner. He has also worked in diverse industries such as high technology at Red Hat, global music retail sales at Beatport, commercial real estate in Florida, and served four years active-duty in the US Marine Corps as an Infantry Assaultman (0351, E-4).

For his undergraduate work, Ian attended both Santa Fe College in Florida and the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and he has held technical certifications in nearly a dozen different areas. His native language is English, with professional fluency in French and a basic conversational level in Spanish and German. He has lived in and visited over 30 different countries, and recently completed an around-the-world trip. His current favorite cities are Budapest and Buenos Aires, and has trained as PADI Rescue Diver.

Chad Anthony | Lead Solution Architect

Chad is responsible for the roundCorner Architecture Center of Excellence. The Center of Excellence is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of quality solutions to all roundCorner clients based on industry and technology best practices. With nearly sixteen years of consulting and a decade of architecting solutions on the force.com platform, Chad has helped organizations in the financial services, office products and higher education leverage the capabilities of the cloud. Chad earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madision focusing on Management and Marketing. Fluent in German, Chad has spent several years living, studying and working in Germany.

Chad resides in the Twin Cities area with his family where he enjoys photography, skiing and trying to keep up with his active boys.

Shannon Davisson | Director of Operations

Shannon joined roundCorner as Director of Operations in 2013. She is responsible for directing the profitable growth and expansion of our business. Her general areas of responsibility include: Business Operations, Human Resources and Performance Management, Recruiting and Delivery Excellence. Shannon has 20 years of consulting management and operational leadership experience, primarily in the software industry.

After many years successfully directing consulting practices for Siebel Systems, Shannon began advising growing services firms and their founders, including Consulting and Law Firms, to refine growth driven business plans and then implement the necessary programs to align organizational strategy and operational infrastructure in order to drive towards defined business goals. She has unique operations experience within the services sector and is able to approach business solutions from an insider’s perspective. Most recently Shannon worked with Nukk-Freeman & Cerra as the CFO and COO, where her direct efforts resulted in increased profitability of the business. Prior to that, Shannon worked for OKERE where she focused on organizational strategy, performance management, talent acquisition and operational finance up until OKERE’s acquisition by Fujitsu Consulting. Shannon then managed the business integration post-acquisition and stayed on as the lead of Operations for the Saas practice at Fujitsu. In addition, Shannon worked for many years implementing various CRM package software. Shannon graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College.

She lives in northern New Jersey with her family, has been actively involved on local non-profit boards and other community organizations and likes to spend her free time on the tennis court or traveling with her family, when their busy schedules allow them to get away.
