Dan Kanka
Founding Partner
Dan manages all components of the Company's accounting, finance, operations and administrative functions. Prior to founding roundCorner, Dan was most recently the COO of OKERE, Inc where he successfully managed the Company's profitable growth and international expansion in three countries. He oversaw the completion of a growth stage investment as well as the sale of the Company to Fujitsu America and subsequent integration. Prior to OKERE, Dan worked in Inforte's strategy practice managing client engagement focused on operating, sales and competitive strategy. Dan started his career at Price Waterhouse in its assurance and consulting practices. Dan obtained his BS in Accountancy from Villanova University and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Dan resides in northern California with his wife KC and spends his free time biking and snowboarding.
Dan Lammot
Founding Partner
Dan is responsible for roundCorner's strategic direction and leads the Company's professional services and product development efforts. Prior to founding roundCorner, Dan co-founded OKERE, INC where he was personally responsible for the delivery of 40,000+ Salesforce.com licenses in over 65 countries. Following the sale of OKERE, Dan managed Fujitsu's SaaS customer service and support organization, which ensured the success of over 400,000 Salesforce.com users. Dan obtained his BA in Psychology with honors from Villanova University, where he currently serves as an advisory board member for Villanova School of Business' Center for Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship. Dan has also completed studies at MIT Sloan, the Anderson School of Business at UCLA, and ESAN in Lima, Peru. He has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, Central America and North America.
Dan resides with his family between Cambridge and Puerto Rico, and is an avid surfer.
Nick Ward
Founding Partner
Nick is responsible for leading roundCorner's market development activities. Nick helped to pioneer the use of SaaS in large, complex enterprise implementations at OKERE, Inc. a company he co-founded in 2003 that became Salesforce.com's premier financial services consulting partner and was later sold to Fujitsu America. Prior to OKERE, Nick was General Manager, Financial Services for Siebel Systems (now Oracle), a leading CRM provider he joined through selling his company, MOHR Development to Siebel in 2000. As President, CEO and co-founder of MOHR, Nick grew the company in 15 years to be one of the nation's most respected consulting and training firms focusing on the high technology and financial services markets. Nick has an MA from Brown University where he was a Doctoral Fellow in American Civilization and an AB from Williams College where he was a Herbert Lehman scholar.
An avid road/mountain bicycler and skier/snowboard, Nick lives in Vermont with his family where he and his wife have served on the boards of a number of state and national nonprofit organizations.
Taksina Eammano
Director roundCause
Taksina is responsible for the overall direction and product development for the Public Media and Nonprofit market. Prior to roundCorner, Taksina established Skyla Digital, a cloud solution provider offering consulting and digital media services in Europe. Together with her roles at OKERE and the Fujitsu SaaS practice, she has been involved in delivering CRM solutions to global enterprises in the financial services, retail and nonprofit sector. Her experience has also aided these organizations through the lifecycle of customer engagement, market development and best practice transitions to cloud technologies. Taksina holds a BSc (Business Information Technology) as a Co-op Scholar from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
Taksina moved with her husband Dexter from London to New York City. They both are gadget geeks who love to travel the globe.
Barney Haywood
Vice President of Professional Services
Barney is responsible for the creation and management of the roundCorner professional services team, as well as delivery and management of all roundCorner projects. Prior to roundCorner, Barney served in several senior consulting management roles at OKERE, and later Fujitsu. Barney led a number of global deployments of Salesforce.com for major financial services organizations including Barclays Wealth Private Bank and RBS’ Equity Distribution and Research division. Following the sale of OKERE to Fujitsu Barney helped to establish another UK-based salesforce.com consultancy before moving to the US.
Barney has a BA in Economics and an MA in Human Resource Management both from Leeds University. A keen tennis player and skier Barney now lives in New York with his wife.
Susan Tobes
Market Manager, Higher Education
Susan is responsible for roundCorner’s higher education market development and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction for roundCorner’s higher education customers. She has over 20 years of technical leadership, project management, marketing, customer engagement and customer service experience. Immediately prior to joining roundCorner, she led a team of Account/Project Managers responsible for end-to-end program and project management at the University of California’s Berkeley’s central IT organization.
Susan considers herself a change agent and passionate customer advocate. She has a professional interest in the changing landscape of IT in Higher Education, improving the customer experience and focus on delivering pragmatic Industry solutions.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Math from UC Berkeley and is a Northern California native. She currently lives in Berkeley with her husband and family and enjoys snow-boarding, hiking and camping.
